In the initial stages of development, I had not yet decided
to have the character be made of rock, instead considering having him be some
sort of plant-gorilla or elephant hybrid, which is why the initial sketch is done
in tones of brown and green. In the end, however, I decided against this, as I
felt it would seem to similar to the previous character, and would leave me
little room to innovate or discuss new visual-language principles.
